FlixZone is run by a VoIP infrastructure engineer who operates production ViciDial call centers across three countries: multi-server clusters, inbound and outbound campaigns, SIP trunks from multiple carriers, and the monitoring stack that keeps it all observable.
Every tutorial on this site started as a real problem on a real system: an agent kicked mid-call, a trunk that went silent at 15:41 on a Thursday, a database that stopped replicating. The fixes published here are the ones that actually worked, including notes on what did not.
The stack behind the tutorials: ViciDial and ViciBox clusters on Asterisk, MariaDB replication, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Homer for observability, and self-hosted AI voice agents built on Whisper and local TTS.
There are 99 tutorials so far, and new ones are published every week. If you are stuck on something specific, get in touch: consulting is available for ViciDial, Asterisk, and VoIP monitoring work.
